Also called the Name Advisor
The new Name Analyzer takes it a quite a bit further and allows you to analyze people just by using their names - essentially creating mini numerology readings that reflect a person's personality.
The previous version applied to individuals, objects, and business names combined in one report. The new World Numerology App offers two entirely different Name Advisors, one for business, and another for people. There is a compelling reason for that.
When you chose or change the name of a person, whether it is a newborn, someone taking a partner's name, or another reason, the purpose is to find a name that suits the individual. When choosing a business name, the purpose is often the exact opposite - here you want a name that reflects specific qualities when someone hears the name. The Name Advisor for people focuses on the qualities you wish to instill in the person being named, while the top priority for business is to showcase the feeling you wish others to perceive when they hear the name.
Another reason we created a separate program for people as we built our groundbreaking 2016 numerology application, was the long-held desire to build a database that considers the way core name numbers interact with each other. This has never been done before. In doing this, we added hundreds of additional text files describing the effect of a 1 Expression, 2 Heart's Desire and 3 Personality, all the way to the combination of 9 Expression, 9 Heart's Desire, and 9 Personality - and all the variations in between. Although this was attempted first and foremost to improve our Personality Profile, the texts apply equally well to the Name Advisor.
There are many reasons you might want to analyze a name - perhaps you are considering a name change or are expecting a child. In any case, it is important to recognize that the name you choose is only one part of the picture that determines who you will become. A name is not unlike a blueprint. It reveals the talents, shortcomings, likes and dislikes (and a wide range of other traits) that were gifted on the day you received your name.
Although your name may remain unchanged for decades, you evolve and change over time. This evolution begins with your date of birth. If a name change takes place later in life, it alters some of the traits and characteristics of the individual going forward, but the birth date and original birth name will continue to have the greatest impact. In short, your name is YOU; your date of birth is YOUR PATH. Intertwined and co-dependent, every building block in a personality's DNA has the potential to change or disappear entirely, just as a missing quality can be learned or unlearned.
HOW TO READ THIS REPORT
No name is perfect. What you should look for are the specific strengths and talents you hope will benefit the person receiving the name. Or conversely, you may want to avoid traits you feel are particularly detrimental to your health and happiness. If the name you are analyzing is for an unborn child, the report will only describe personality traits as reflected in the name you choose. Although it will be an incomplete picture (since the date of birth is unknown) it will still be a specific and detailed reading of the person about to be born.
The full name at birth describes their Personality, Hearts Desire, and Expression. If the child has already been born, use the Name Advisor to try a range of names. Once you have narrowed your choices, you may want to follow up with a complete Personality Profile. The Profile combines the name and date of birth, so it is considerably more expansive and in-depth.
If you are considering a name change for yourself, the Name Advisor provides opportunities to try several names and variations. However, choosing a new name is not unlike buying a suit; it needs to fit. It is less important to find a name with a specific quality than to find one that suits you and feels comfortable to the person you know yourself to be.

HE HAS AN 8 EXPRESSION
A man with an 8 Expression has the potential to achieve great things. It is both his birthright and challenge to gain dominion over a small part of the world. Whatever his enterprise, he strives to be the most successful in his field. He enjoys challenge and rivalry, and will not rest until he has surpassed his competitors. He is a realist and a visionary planner. Money and authority are attainable if he is disciplined and persists regardless of the obstacles. He is dynamic and has a talent for efficiency. He understands the big picture, is aware of potential challenges, and is skilled at marshaling resources to address difficult issues. He tackles his goals with courage and tenacity.
He delegates well, and it is best that he leave many of the details to others. Although he makes an excellent leader, he is not particularly tolerant or patient - it goes against his definition of efficiency. He is demanding of others, particularly those who work with him; however, he doesn't hesitate to reward the loyal, hardworking employee.
The 8 has an innate understanding of money, authority, and power, but is also aware of the importance of fairness and balance. His main challenge in life is to balance his higher ideals and the stark realities of the material world. He has chosen a path that requires a delicate balance between giving and taking, reward and punishment, action and reaction.
It may take great effort, trying obstacles, and many ups and downs before he reaches the level of success he desires. Weathering these challenges will help him learn how to use his power and authority in the face of difficulty. Despite the hurdles on his path, he has the skills to be a true survivor.
If he focuses exclusively on his desire for results and success, he can become arrogant and lose perspective. He should also be mindful of his drug and alcohol consumption - a danger-zone for driven, ambitious people.
An excellent manager, organizer and administrator, he has talent in many areas. Entrepreneurs, executives, bankers, brokers, negotiators, gamblers, coaches, collectors, heads of institutions, builders, art dealers, manufacturers, promoters, military officers, police detectives, smugglers, engineers, pilots, and sea captains often carry the 8 prominently in their charts.
This man has been entrusted with special gifts, the use or abuse of which can have an immediate and often physical effect upon him (and those around him). He must learn to use these gifts for the good of others and accept his good fortune with gratitude. This is the true reward in his evolution.
HIS HEART'S DESIRE IS 5
Freedom is essential for his happiness. He loves change, new experiences, meeting new people, adventure and travel. He loves the exotic, faraway places. Variety is more than mere spice of life -- he thrives on it. He is extremely flexible and adaptable. He has more curiosity than the proverbial cat. He has a sharp mind and a natural ability with words. He is a born communicator, clear, fluent, and imaginative in every area that interests him -- which are many!
His Heart's Desire makes him very well equipped for life. Change -- the only constant in life -- doesn't threaten him, as it does other people. He is highly resourceful. Generally, he can think clearly in a crisis; he has good mental and physical reflexes. Whenever he falls, he tends to land on his feet.
He is highly enthusiastic. He gets excited easily over a new idea or opportunity. His nature is unconventional. He is a bit of a gambler, taking risks whenever he thinks the rewards are worth it. He is socially oriented and rarely, if ever, dull or boring. He is, of course, drawn to those people who, like himself, are original thinkers and have exciting personalities.
He enjoys being involved in several projects at the same time. He needs continual stimulation by the new and fascinating. He tends to discard boring pastimes quickly. His love of freedom and change can have numerous consequences. He can be irresponsible, especially when it comes to finishing tasks. He has a hard time persevering at a given project and bringing it to completion.
He must be careful that his love of sensory pleasure doesn't lead him to excessive indulgence in alcohol, food, sex, and even drugs.
He is a bit of a hero and wants to save the world. This causes him to make promises he often cannot keep. Down deep, he longs to please everyone, an impossible goal. Many 5s can be emotionally superficial. They feel love passionately, but fear making deep and lasting commitments. As a result, they resist the depths of emotional attachments and remain on the surface where it is safe.
He will experience many changes and unusual events, but he learns best through experience. Therefore, his life will be full and he will make great strides in personal growth.
HIS PERSONALITY IS A 3
The 3 Personality is uplifting, inspiring, charming, and energetic. He is fun to be around; his wit and sparkling personality make him the life of the party. He is extroverted, creative, and optimistic. Stylish, romantic, generous, and affectionate, he is much sought after although he is likely to fall in and out of love easily. Most 3's are creative in the way they dress.
He should not allow his charm be his sole method of relating to others. His quick wit and playful nature can cause him to rely too much on superficial, humorous conversation at the expense of more satisfying communication. He may need to watch this tendency and make a conscious effort to develop deep, lasting relationships.
The 3 has a distinct "lucky streak" that will attract opportunities throughout his life. He also has a knack for promoting himself and inspiring others. If he can stay focused and disciplined (his challenge), these qualities will almost always ensure his success.
HOW HIS NAME NUMBERS STACK UP
The core numbers of his name reflect a fragile balance. One aspect carries strength, authority, ambition, and common sense. The other influence possesses a somewhat irresponsible, playful, unconventional, and rebellious energy. His 8 Expression (the aspect that represents his talents, abilities, and shortcomings) delivers a successful, capable, goal-oriented influence, while the two odd numbers, his 3 Personality and 5 Heart's Desire, describe his more idealistic, creative, and unpredictable side.
Each of us has bits and pieces of the numbers 1 through 9 in our makeup. The most important determining factor in their influence is the position they hold in a chart. Their position dictates how they will affect one another.
His Heart's Desire reflects his likes and dislikes, and what makes him happy. A 5 in this position tells us he has a strong need to feel free and unencumbered. This adventurous, dynamic, somewhat impulsive number has a rebellious streak. It is unconventional and highly individualistic. As his Heart's Desire, these qualities drive the choices he makes.
His Personality is a reflection of the "outer" him. A 3 Personality gives him an upbeat, motivating, charismatic energy. He communicates well (the 3 is known to be verbal) and is likely drawn to the arts. Writing, poetry, and dance are particularly popular among those with the creative 3 in their name.
His changeable, impatient 5 Heart's Desire, however, can make it difficult for him to stick with a discipline long enough to realize his potential. If this becomes an issue, he should concentrate on the traits of his disciplined, focused, and visionary 8 Expression, whose determination can make the difference between success and failure. He is driven and ambitious, and can reach any goal he sets, but only if he control the restless 5 Heart's Desire and playful 3 Personality.
Chances are he will try his hand at a number of different careers during the first part of his life. Some of these may have very little in common. His restless nature could take time to find a niche that feels right. He would probably be happiest eventually working for himself, rather than a large company or institution. Business-oriented professions where self-expression and communication are valued would be a good fit. A career that involves promotion, marketing, retail, or real estate are other options to consider.
His personal life is similarly affected by this somewhat conflicting combination. He matures relatively late in life due to his adventurous 5 Heart's Desire. His sense of humor and perhaps somewhat eccentric attitude make him popular among a smaller, select group of people, but probably less so with the mainstream. He is not conventional, which can make some people a little uncomfortable. He is sensual, and enjoys the pleasures of life. He may need to watch for substance abuse. Overindulgence is not uncommon under the occasionally excessive, chaotic energy of the 5.
